GWC Defiance Indianapolis, Indiana | April 27 , 2023 Arden Blair vs Kyomi Mote These two women put on a very competitive match. Much to the surprise of a lot of the fans in attendance, Arden Blair held her own against the much more experienced Kyomi Mote. But it was Kyomi who got the win after reversing Arden's X-Plex into a Northern Lights Bomb and going for the pin. Kyomi went to shake Arden's hand after the match, but Arden kicked her hand away and left the ring, obviously very frustrated. Ubel Kol vs Terry Martin This was another match that pitted a young wrestler against a veteran. Ubel Kol went for explosive offense right off the bat, but Terry Martin was able to avoid almost every attack. Ubel grew frustrated and looked relieved when Dalton Vito's theme song played over the speakers. Dalton made his way to the ring and got up on the apron. He started yelling at Terry, trying to distract him. Kaleb Kraven's music then played and Kaleb made his way to the ring. Dal...
GWC Defiance Cincinnati, Ohio | April 20 , 2023 The show opened with Dalton Vito entering the ring and grabbing a microphone. He sat down, looked into the camera, and specifically addressed Kaleb Kraven. Dalton said that while he was walking through the backstage area earlier, he overheard a woman talking to a road agent and asking where she could find Kaleb Kraven, because she had to tell him something. Dalton then said he approached her and asked why she needed to talk to Kaleb. She explained why and Dalton told her that he would let Kaleb know to go find her if he saw him. But Dalton explained that he actually had a different plan. Since Kaleb was at his hotel and was probably watching the show, Dalton said that he wanted to be the one to deliver the news instead of Kaleb having to wait. He looked right into the camera and explained to Kaleb that the woman looking for him backstage was Kaleb's long-lost sister. Dalton laughed and told Kaleb that he should be thankful that Dalton...
GWC Defiance Philadelphia, Pennsylvania | April 13 , 2023 Promise Jackson vs Chloe Cooper The smaller Chloe Cooper was shocked to see just how athletic Promise Jackson was. Promise used her size to her advantage for most of the match. Chloe went for a springboard move but was interrupted by a superkick from Promise before she could connect. Promise picked her up and hit the Wasteland, then threw herself onto Chloe with a Senton and successfully got the three-count. Mateo Delgado vs Bruce Cannon Similar to the last match, Bruce Cannon had a size and power advantage. He controlled most of the match, until Mateo was able to catch him off guard with a Busaiku Knee. After a while, Bruce got back up to both feet and approached Mateo but was again caught off guard with a schoolboy pin. The ref counted three and Mateo quickly retreated out of the ring. He celebrated on the ramp as Bruce sat in frustration in the ring. Jade Bridges vs Sage Benton These two women put on a very competitive match ...

GWC Spotlight: Darren Emerson

GWC Spotlight #1:  Darren Emerson Darren Emerson had the chance to open the first GWC show and he did not disappoint. He immediately made a good first impression on the audience by dancing his way down to the ring as "The Way You Move" by Outkast played over the arena speakers. He then showcased his amazing high-flying abilities against Liam Knight, who was impressive in his own right. After a great match between the two, Darren Emerson was able to capture the victory and will now go down as the first winner in GWC history.  Congratulations Darren. We, the writing staff, can't wait to see more from you. And we're sure the fans feel the same way!
GWC Defiance New York City, New York | April 6 , 2023 Ayako Masaki vs Hannah Torres The hard-hitting Hannah Torres quickly became frustrated with the agile, high-flying Ayako Masaki. Hannah went for the Clothesline from Hell near the corner, but Ayako ducked and ran to the other corner. She ran back to the corner that Hannah was in and hit her with a big boot against the turnbuckles. Ayako climbed to the top and hit Hannah with a Double Foot Stomp and went for a pin, getting the three count. Sebastian León vs Terry Martin Sebastian León presented himself in a cocky manner, which didn't sit well with the veteran Terry Martin. After quite a bit of back-and-forth, Sebastian went for a Superkick, but Terry was able to duck and hit the Elevated Flatliner for the three-count. Lucy Bishop vs Moya Mote Before the match started, Lucy Bishop grabbed a microphone and complained about how she had to prove that she was worthy of being Women's Champion and demanded that she just be awarded t...
